Honeymoons in Spain
Your story, beautifully traveled
Your honeymoon in Spain, thoughtfully designed around you
Spain is not just one honeymoon destination.
It can be slow mornings in a private finca surrounded by olive groves.
Late dinners and flamenco in Seville.
A road trip through green northern landscapes, stopping for pintxos, wine and wild Atlantic beaches.
Or a week on a Mediterranean island where the only thing on your schedule is deciding where to swim next.
I design bespoke Spain honeymoons for couples who want to experience the country beautifully — without having to plan every detail themselves.
From carefully chosen hotels and private experiences to seamless transfers, restaurant reservations and the little surprises that make a honeymoon feel truly yours, I take care of the details so you can simply enjoy being here.
The Art of a well-traveled honeymoon
Spain rewards curiosity.
Beyond its celebrated cities lies a country of intimate hotels, extraordinary food, family-run wineries, dramatic coastlines, ancient villages and landscapes that change completely from one region to the next.
My role is to bring those pieces together into one seamless journey.
I take care of the research, the logistics and the details, while making sure your itinerary still feels effortless, personal and distinctly yours.
Less time planning.
More time being there.
Some Ways To Experience Spain in Your Honeymoon
Not sure where to start?
Here are some of my favorite ways to design a honeymoon in Spain.
The Adventurers
Northern Spain Road Trip
Bilbao · San Sebastián · Rioja · Asturias · Cantabria
For couples who would rather take the scenic route.
Green mountains. Wild Atlantic coastlines. Michelin-starred restaurants and tiny pintxos bars. Vineyards tucked between rolling hills. Long drives with nowhere to rush to.
This is a different side of Spain — beautifully understated, deeply gastronomic and perfect for couples who want their honeymoon to feel like an adventure.
A taste of the journey
-Private food and architecture tour in Bilbao
-Pintxos evening in San Sebastián
-Private Rioja winery experience
-Scenic coastal drives
-Hiking and outdoor experiences
-Boutique countryside stays
-Asturian cider and seafood
-The wild landscapes of Cantabria
The Romantic
Andalusian Dream
Seville · Córdoba · Ronda · Granada · Costa del Sol
For couples drawn to Spain's most romantic side.
Orange trees in Seville. Moorish architecture. Whitewashed villages clinging to the hills. Long lunches beneath the sun. Flamenco after dark.
Andalucía is warm, expressive and effortlessly romantic — a natural choice for a first honeymoon in Spain.
A taste of the journey
-Private exploration of Seville
-A carefully chosen flamenco experience
-Córdoba's historic heart
-Private olive oil tasting
-The white villages of Andalucía
-A countryside retreat near Ronda
-The Alhambra in Granada
-A few final days beside the Mediterranean
The Slow Honeymoon
Island Escape
Mallorca · Menorca / Canary Islands
For couples who believe the best part of a honeymoon is having nowhere to be.
A private boat. A hidden cove. A long lunch that turns into an afternoon. A beautiful room with a view. A glass of local wine at sunset.
Your itinerary might be almost empty.
And that is exactly the point.
A taste of the journey
-Private sailing
-Wine tasting
-Hidden beaches and coves
-Beautiful island drives
-Spa treatments for two
-Slow lunches overlooking the sea
-Boutique and luxury coastal stays
-Sunset dinners
Or make it completely yours
These are not packages, they are starting points.
Your honeymoon might combine the food and culture of Andalusia with a week in Mallorca.
Or Barcelona with the Costa Brava.
The Basque Country with Rioja.
Madrid with Seville and Granada.
Or perhaps somewhere entirely different.
I design the journey around you — not the other way around.
What Your Spain Honeymoon Can Include
Your honeymoon is designed from scratch, based on how you actually like to travel.
Beautiful places to stay
I handpick hotels, boutique properties, countryside retreats and coastal stays based on your style — not simply star rating.
Private experiences
From private guides and winery visits to sailing, cooking classes, food tours and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Exceptional food & wine
Restaurant recommendations, local food experiences, wine tastings and memorable meals that go beyond the tourist circuit.
Seamless transportation
Private transfers, trains, car rentals and carefully planned road trips, all coordinated so you don't have to think about the logistics.
The right pace
Because a honeymoon shouldn't feel like a race.
I build in time to explore, time to relax and enough flexibility for you to actually enjoy each place.
Personal touches
Honeymoon surprises, special occasions, room requests and the little details that turn a beautiful trip into your honeymoon.
A toughtful approach, from the very beginning
Planning a honeymoon should feel exciting — not like another project on your to-do list.
My process is designed to make everything feel seamless, personal and considered, while giving you the opportunity to shape the journey along the way.
-
We have a videocall about how you travel, what you love, what you don't, and what you imagine your honeymoon feeling like.
This is where I begin to understand what will make your honeymoon feel truly yours.
-
I carefully select the hotels that best fit your style, priorities and budget.
I'll present you with a thoughtfully curated selection for each destination, so we can secure the right stays before building the rest of your journey around them.
-
With your hotels and route in place, I begin bringing the rest of the honeymoon together.
From private experiences and local guides to restaurants, wine tastings, day trips and the little discoveries along the way, every detail is chosen with your interests and the pace of your trip in mind.
The result is an itinerary that feels cohesive, rather than simply a list of things to do.
-
You'll have the opportunity to review your itinerary and share your thoughts, questions and preferences.
This is a collaborative part of the process. We can fine-tune the experiences, restaurants, pace and details to make the journey feel right for both of you.
Your input is part of the design.
-
From the moment you land, you can focus on what really matters:
being together and enjoying your honeymoon.
Spain is waiting.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Most of the honeymoons I design fall within the $8,000–$15,000 range for two, depending on the length of the trip, hotel category, transportation and experiences selected.
-
For most couples, I recommend 9–14 nights.
This gives you enough time to combine at least two regions without spending your honeymoon constantly moving from one hotel to another.
-
It depends on where you want to go.
Spring and early fall are particularly versatile for combining cities, countryside and the coast. Summer is ideal for the Balearic Islands and northern Spain, while parts of Andalusia can become extremely hot in July and August.
The best time for your honeymoon ultimately depends on the itinerary we create together.
-
Yes. Depending on your itinerary, these can include private guides, food tours, wine tastings, sailing, cooking experiences, cultural visits, outdoor activities and other bespoke experiences.
-
Spain is my specialty, but your itinerary doesn't have to fit neatly into one region.
If you are considering combining Spain with another European destination, we can discuss what makes sense for your honeymoon and your available time.
-
Yes, that's the idea.
I can coordinate the accommodation, transportation, experiences, restaurant recommendations and the logistics between destinations, creating one cohesive itinerary rather than a collection of separate bookings.
-
Yes, I charge a planning fee for my bespoke travel planning services.
Your honeymoon deserves more than a collection of hotel bookings and reservations. The planning fee allows me to dedicate the time, research and attention needed to design a journey that is truly tailored to you: from finding the right hotels and experiences to refining the details that make the trip feel effortless.
The fee is discussed upfront, before any planning begins, so you know exactly what to expect from the start.
Thoughtful travel takes time. Your honeymoon is worth it.
